Jammu, Jan. 30 -- Srinagar, Jan 30 (KNS) ; The Jammu and Kashmir Justice and Development Front (JDF) on Friday said it would work within the "boundaries of the Constitution" and reach out to the people after the Election Commission of India granted it recognition.
