Srinagar, Nov. 13 -- Jammu and Kashmir Police have requested Interpol to issue a Red Corner Notice for Dr. Muzaffar, a doctor based in Qazigund, in connection with the Red Fort car blast investigation.

Dr. Muzaffar is the brother of Dr. Adil, who is among eight individuals, including three doctors, taken into custody in the case linked to the explosion that killed 13 people on Monday.
