Srinagar, Sept. 17 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Wednesday launched a service program aimed at providing free medical care and treatment to women across the Union Territory.
Speaking to media persons, Sinha said the program, titled Healthy Women, Healthy Families, begins on the Prime Minister's birthday, September 17, and is part of a 15-day initiative.
