Srinagar, Dec. 16 -- Jammu and Kashmir Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Tuesday presented a charge-sheet against Mohammad Muzaffer Rather, former Sarpanch of Manigam, Ganderbal, in a bribery case before the Special Judge, Anti-Corruption Court, Srinagar.

The case, registered as FIR No. 13/2023 under Section 7 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, was based on a written complaint alleging that Rather demanded ?9,000 as bribe to settle a property dispute between the complainant and his sister.
