Jammu, Nov. 26 -- The city came alive today as the 42nd Junior (Boys & Girls) National Tennikoit Championship commenced at Green Field, Gandhi Nagar. The five-day event, hosted under the auspices of the Tennikoit Federation of India and J&K Tennikoit Association in collaboration with the J&K Sports Council, has drawn around 550 players and officials from 23 States and UTs, making it one of the largest national sporting gatherings in Jammu in recent years.
