Ramban, Nov. 29 -- Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday visited Ramban district and laid the foundation stone for rehabilitation projects aimed at flood and landslide victims.
Speaking on the occasion, the LG said that several families in Ramban were affected by natural disasters, and the district administration has provided relief and government aid as per rules.
He added that the administration carried out rescue and relief operations efficiently in coordination with all stakeholders.
Sinha informed that 189 families in Ramban district will be provided with three-room houses within the next six months. "These houses will include 15-year insurance coverage, health check-ups, and internet connectivity," he said...
