In a significant humanitarian outreach, the Indian Army on Monday distributed relief material to families affected by recent cross-border shelling in the Karnah subdivision of north Kashmir's Kupwara district.

The shelling, which occurred along the Line of Control (LoC), left several homes damaged and forced residents of border villages to seek temporary shelter in safer areas. Responding swiftly to the crisis, the Army launched a relief operation aimed at supporting the displaced and distressed families.
