Srinagar, April 28 -- If a son has done anything wrong, his father, family, or even his neighbour should not be punished, said M.Y. Tarigami, CPI(M) leader and MLA from Kulgam, while condemning the gruesome Pahalgam terror attack.

In a statement to KNS, the CPI(M) leader said that, as he had also recorded during the special Assembly session in Jammu, there is a Supreme Court ruling on demolitions which upholds the right to shelter for every citizen.
