Budgam, June 27 -- The Peoples Democratic Party Leader and 27- Budgam constituency Incharge Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi on Friday ruled out joining the National Conferance and dismissed as baseless a media report in this regard. This news being peddled by certain so-called journalists is nothing but a blatant lie, driven by malicious intent to mislead the people of Jammu and Kashmir in general and particularly Budgam , Aga Syed Muntazir said.
