Srinagar, July 31 -- J&K Awami National Conference Senior Vice President Muzzafar Shah on Thursday raised serious concerns regarding the aftermath of the recent Harwan encounter, asserting that if the slain individuals were indeed the actual perpetrators behind the Pahalgam tragedy, as claimed by the Union Home Minister, the government must answer the arbitrary demolition of civilian homes that followed.
