Budgam, Aug. 6 -- People's Democratic Front (PDF) Chairman and former Minister Hakeem Mohammad Yaseen on Wednesday expressed profound grief and shock over the tragic electrocution of two young men in Ichgam village of central Kashmir's Budgam district, which led to the death of one youth and left another battling for life.
