Langate, May 31 -- Haji Mohammad Sultan Dar of Audoora, Qalamabad, paid a rich and emotional tribute to his childhood friend and former MLA, Mohammad Sultan Panditpori, who passed away late Friday evening.

His demise has been widely mourned across North Kashmir, especially in the Langate constituency.
