Srinagar, May 18 -- Strong winds hit Kashmir on Sunday evening, causing extensive damage across several places in the Kashmir Valley.
Reports reaching Kashmir News Service (KNS) said that trees and branches were uprooted, and rooftops, houses, and other infrastructure were significantly impacted.
Strong winds damaged the rooftop of a mosque in Baderkoot village of Tangmarg in north Kashmir's Baramulla district. There are also reports of extensive damages to several shops at main market in ChandiloraTangmarg
