Jammu, Dec. 14 -- A joint delegation of graduate engineers, led by the Presidents of the Jammu & Kashmir Civil Engineering Graduates Association (JKCEGA) and the Jammu & Kashmir Mechanical Engineering Graduates Association (JKMEGA), on sunday met Deputy Chief Minister Surinder Kumar Choudhary and Advisor to the Chief Minister Nasir Aslam Wani at the Civil Secretariat here.

The delegation highlighted several long-pending issues concerning the engineering fraternity, including issuance of the SRO for Assured Career Progression (ACP), placement against vacant posts, regularisation of engineers in the PWD (R&B) and Mechanical Engineering departments, and immediate referral of vacant JE (Mechanical) posts to recruitment agencies.Click Here To...
