Srinagar, March 6 -- The Directorate of Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs (FCS&CA) Kashmir has issued a public notice directing all retail dealers to ensure that the prices of all goods available for sale are "prominently displayed at their business premises." The directive, issued under Section 2(6)(iv) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, aims to curb overpricing and protect consumer rights.
