Jammu, July 25 -- Srinagar, July 25(KNS) Jammu and Kashmir Apni Party chief Altaf Bukhari said that the Food Supplies Department portal has not been functioning for several months, causing serious inconvenience to the public in accessing key services under the Public Distribution System (PDS).

In a post on social media platform X, Bukhari said that the malfunctioning portal is affecting services such as ration card management and other essential online facilities.
