Srinagar, Feb. 4 -- Senior Congress leader and Jammu and Kashmir Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) chief Tariq Hamid Karra has strongly criticized the Government of India's claims regarding normalcy in Kashmir. He stated that despite repeated assurances from the government, the llground reality suggests otherwise, citing rising civilian and security force casualties.
