Srinagar, July 29 -- Lieutenant General Pratik Sharma, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief (GOC-in-C), Northern Command, on Monday called on Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha and briefed him about the recently concluded Operation Mahadev. He was accompanied by Lieutenant General Prashant Srivastava, General Officer Commanding (GOC) 15 Corps.

The Lieutenant Governor congratulated the Army, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), and Jammu and Kashmir Police for the success of Operation Mahadev, which was conducted in the challenging terrain of Dachigam forest. The high-risk mission led to the elimination of three Pakistani terrorists involved in the recent heinous terror attack in Pahalgam.
