Srinagar, Dec. 22 -- Weather conditions across Jammu and Kashmir remained largely in line with forecasts, with no snowfall reported in the plains owing to relatively higher temperatures, officials said on Monday. They said the impact of a fresh Western Disturbance could lead to light rain or snowfall in some areas between Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning, particularly in parts of north Kashmir.
