Jammu, Sept. 17 -- Former Deputy Chief Minister Muzaffar Hussain Beigh expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Professor Abdul Ghani Bhat Sahib.

Beigh said, I have lost my mentor and teacher. His passing is a personal loss that has left me heartbroken."
