Srinagar, Sept. 16 -- JKPCC Chief Tariq Hameed Karra on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on the government for what he called "inadequate and insensitive" relief to flood-hit Jammu and Kashmir, declaring that the ?209 crore financial support announced by the Centre was nothing short of a "joke" compared to the colossal losses suffered across sectors.

Karra, who travelled by road from Jammu to Srinagar to personally assess the devastation, said the floods have inflicted unprecedented damage on agriculture, horticulture, connectivity, personal and public property.
