Srinagar, July 12 -- The Food Safety team in Srinagar today conducted inspections in Habkadal, Babdamb, and Munawarabad, focusing on street vendors as part of an ongoing public health enforcement drive. The aim was to ensure the quality and safety of food being sold and to educate vendors on essential hygiene practices.
During the inspections, the team emphasized the importance of hand hygiene, advising vendors to wash their hands regularly-especially before handling food and after contact with waste or raw materials.
