Srinagar, May 20 -- A fire broke out late Tuesday evening in the densely populated Nareara Dangerpora area of Eidgah in Srinagar's old city.

Officials said fire tenders from Sakidafar, S.H. Pora, Headquarters, Babdemb, and Nowshera were rushed to the spot soon after receiving an alert.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

"Preliminary reports indicate that four to five houses have been affected. The firefighting operation is still in progress," an official said.(KNS)
