Doda, May 30 -- An FIR has been registered against Jammu and Kashmir Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) chief and sitting MLA Mehraj Malik on serious charges, including criminal intimidation, defamation, and outraging the modesty of a woman doctor.

The complaint, filed by an associate professor at a government medical college in Doda, accuses Malik of using abusive, gendered, and threatening language during live social media broadcasts. The doctor alleges that Malik used phrases like "ghaseetunga" (I will drag you) and "will strip you naked," which she says were direct threats to her dignity and professionalism.
