Srinagar, April 14 -- National Conference (NC) president Dr. Farooq Abdullah Monday termed the Waqf Amendment Act as "against the Constitution" and welcomed the decision of the Jammu and Kashmir Assembly Speaker for not allowing a discussion on the matter, citing its pendency before the Supreme Court.
