Srinagar, April 17 -- Iltija Mufti has launched a sharp attack on the National Conference (NC), accusing the party of betraying the people of Jammu and Kashmir and aligning with the BJP's political agenda.
She claimed that former Chief Minister Farooq Abdullah privately supported the abrogation of Article 370 and skipped the Parliament session on August 5, 2019, to avoid taking a public stand. "Farooq Abdullah didn't go to Parliament because he knew he would have to speak on Article 370," Iltija alleged.
Taking her criticism further, Iltija said the NC has long hidden political betrayals from the people and even now only talks about restoring statehood - a stand that matches the BJP's narrative.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel...
