Srinagar, July 6 -- Inspector General of Police (IGP) Kashmir, V K Birdi on Sunday said that elaborate traffic and security arrangements have been made across Srinagar and adjoining districts to ensure the smooth conduct of 10th Muharram (Ashura) processions.
