Srinagar, Dec. 30 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet in connection with FIR No. 04/2022 under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code before the Court of Sub-Judge, Sumbal, against Ranjeet Prasad, a resident of Gopalganj district in Bihar, officials said. The case was registered following a written complaint alleging cheating by True Dreams Project India Pvt. Ltd. (TDPI), a private company allegedly run by the accused as its director. According to the prosecution, the company conducted a recruitment drive in Kashmir and engaged around 1,300 trainees through its representatives.
