Srinagar, Jan. 16 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a charge sheet in connection with an alleged medical admission scam involving ?13 lakh before a court in Baramulla, officials said. The charge sheet in FIR No. 10/2024 has been submitted under Sections 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code before the court of the Sub-Judge, Baramulla, against Aquib Javeed and Mohd Ahtesham Ahmad, both residents of Adarsh Nagar, Ring Road area of Kalaburagi district in Karnataka.
