Srinagar, Dec. 18 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) Kashmir of Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a charge sheet against two persons in a fake government job scam involving cheating and criminal conspiracy, officials said on Thursday. As per a statement, the charge sheet has been submitted in FIR No. 08/2024 under Sections 420 (cheating) and 120-B (criminal conspiracy) of the IPC before the Court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budgam, for judicial determination.
