Srinagar, Dec. 31 -- The Economic Offences Wing (EOW) of the Crime Branch Kashmir has filed a chargesheet before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Budgam, in a cheating case involving an alleged job scam, officials said. The chargesheet has been submitted in connection with FIR No. 13/2023 registered under Section 420 of the IPC against Ghulam Nabi Hudda, son of Mohammad Hudda, a resident of Satakchay in Kargil, presently residing at Gasiyar Hawal, Zadibal, Srinagar.
