Jammu, May 20 -- Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo, today asked the divisional administrations of both the regions for ensuring immaculate arrangements for peaceful and successful celebration of annual Kheer Bhawani Mela to be observed on 03rdof June at Tulmulla Ganderbal.

Dulloo was speaking at a high level meeting of civil administration and Police department held to take stock of the preparations being put in place for smooth conduct of this religious festival.
