Shopian, July 12 -- Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the valedictory function of a women's vocational training course at Army Goodwill School Balapur in Shopian, where he felicitated women who completed skill development programs across South Kashmir.
A total of 1,481 women, including 125 from the recently concluded course, received vocational and life enhancement training under the joint initiative of the Indian Army, Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Vikas evam Sewa Sansthan, and Project Toha Social. The training was conducted at six centres-Shopian, Pulwama, Kulgam, Budgam, Anantnag, and Pampore.
