Jammu July 0, July 3 -- As per the guidelines of The Ministry of Human Resource Development has paired Cluster University of Jammu with Manonmaniam Sundarnar University, Tirunelveli and Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore Tamilnadu under Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat (EBSB) Programme for promoting national integration through systematic exchange between J&K and Tamil Nadu in the cultural, Literary and linguistics fields.
