Srinagar, July 10 -- The Directorate of School Education Kashmir (DSEK), in collaboration with SCERT-JK, has launched a three-day Induction Training Programme for newly promoted headmasters from Srinagar, Budgam, Ganderbal, and Pulwama districts. The training is being held at the SCERT-JK campus.
The programme aims to help school leaders develop strong leadership and planning skills, in line with the goals of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. It is organized under the guidance of the School Leadership Academy (SLA) of SCERT-JK's Kashmir Division.
