Jammu, May 10 -- The President of the Jammu and Kashmir National Conference, Dr. Farooq Abdullah, has welcomed the complete and immediate ceasefire agreed upon by India and Pakistan, emphasising the urgent need to end hostilities, as they have been taking a toll on the people living along the Line of Control (LOC) and International Border (IB) in J&K, Ladakh.
