Srinagar July 0, July 3 -- Principal Secretary, School Education Department and Skill Development, Dr Asgar Hassan Samoon today distributed mobile tablets among meritorious students who took part in Yoga ASANAS competition, 2020 at Civil Secretariat here.

Director School Education Kashmir, Mohammad Younis Malik was also present on the occasion while as DSEJ, Anuradha Gupta and Mission Director, Samagra Shiksha, Dr Arun Manhas participated in the programme through video conferencing.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Samoon said that Yoga plays an important role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle to stay fit, discovering inner peace, creating a balance between mind and body of an individual.
