Jammu March 10 (KNS), March 10 -- Chairperson of J&K Waqf Board Dr Syed Darakhshan Andrabi today chaired a special Santoor recital session at Govt Women PG College Gandhi Nagar Jammu.

The session was organised by Indian Council for Cultural Relations ICCR Iin collaboration with the Aarohi Sangeet Vidhalaya at the college in connection with the International Women's Week.
