Jammu, April 15 -- The Jammu and Kashmir National Conference General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar Tuesday said doors of the civil secretariat, the seat of the Jammu and Kashmir government, are open for people to visit and have their grievances addressed.
Highlighting the restoration of public faith in govt as the biggest achievement of the Omar Abdullah led govt, Sagar said, "People have finally breathed a sigh of relief after a decade of undemocratic rule, during which they were treated as mere subjects."
