SRINAGAR, Feb. 2 -- Divisional Commissioner Kashmir, Anshul Garg, along with Secretary Transport, Avny Lavasa today chaired a meeting to review the removal of bottlenecks for water transport of the Inland Waterways Authority of India's (IWAI) envisaged project of River Jhelum.
