KUPWARA, Jan. 30 -- In a swift and well-coordinated midnight rescue operation, the District Administration Kupwara successfully facilitated the evacuation of three critical patients, including a seriously ill child, from snowbound areas of Karnah across Sadhna Pass to GMC Handwara.
