Srinagar, Nov. 27 -- V.K. Singh, IPS, Director General of Police (Prisons) visited District Jail Bhaderwah to take stock of security arrangements and to evaluate the facilities available in the Jail.

During his visit he was accompanied by Addl. S.P Bhaderwah, Raj Singh Goria, SDPO Bhaderwah, Adil Hussain Rishu, Technical Officer Shabir Ahmed, SHO PS Bhaderwah and Officer Commanding CRPF. Superintendent District Jail, Bhaderwah - Surinder Singh and others Jail Officers were present during the visit.

The DGP inspected all barracks, skill training centre, hospital, CCTV control room, kitchen & other sections of the Jail. He interacted with the inmates regarding food, accommodation, medical & training facilities available in the jail.
