Srinagar, Nov. 13 -- Terming the recent Delhi blast as an act of terrorism, Hakeem Abdul Rashid, head of the Muslim Democratic League, expressed deep anguish over the tragic loss of innocent lives. He said that humanity can never forgive those responsible for shedding innocent blood.

According to statement issued here, Hakeem Sahib prayed for eternal peace to the departed souls and a speedy recovery for the injured.
