Srinagar, Oct. 31 -- A delegation led by former Union Minister Yashwant Sinha on Friday met Mirwaiz-e-Kashmir Dr. Umar Farooq at his Nageen residence in Srinagar and held detailed discussions on the prevailing situation in Jammu and Kashmir.

The delegation comprising former Air Vice Marshal Kapil Kak (Retd), journalist Bharat Bhushan, and peace activist Sushoba Barve met the Mirwaiz for nearly an hour and exchanged views on the political, social, and economic issues confronting the Union Territory.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

According to sources, the interaction was held in a cordial atmosphere, with both sides emphasising the need for sustained dialogue to address the concerns of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
