Kupwara, Jan. 8 -- District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kupwara, Shrikant Suse, on thursday chaired a Block Diwas programme at Government Higher Secondary School (HSS) Lalpora aimed at hearing and redressing public grievances at the grassroots level.
