Doda, Aug. 30 -- Deputy Commissioner Doda Harvinder Singh on Saturday said that the Gandos sub-region of Katoda has suffered the worst damage in the recent calamity, where precious lives have been lost and hundreds of houses have been affected.

According to KNS ,DC said, "The biggest damage in Katoda has been in the Gandos sub-region, where we have lost precious lives.

The purpose of my visit today was to conduct an on-ground assessment. Before my arrival, the ACD and ADC were already deputed here for the past two days, coordinating with the SDM to assess the damages," the DC said.
