Baramulla, Aug. 21 -- Deputy Commissioner (DC) Baramulla, Minga Sherpa Thursday chaired a meeting of revenue officers to review key revenue-related matters including land acquisition, completion of digitization of land records, redressal of public grievances, market regulation, and measures against illegal mining.
The DC stressed on the early completion of digitization of land records to ensure accuracy, transparency, and easy accessibility of services to the public. He said that completion of this exercise will help in minimizing disputes, streamlining revenue services, and enhancing efficiency in grievance redressal.
