Kulgam Aug 04 (KNS), Aug. 4 -- The anti-terror operation in the Akhal forest area of South Kashmir's Kulgam district entered its fourth day on Monday, with fresh firing and blasts reported overnight.

So far, two terrorists have been killed, and four soldiers injured in the ongoing encounter that began on Friday. The operation is being carried out in difficult forest terrain, with Rudra helicopters, drones, and elite Para forces actively involved.Click Here To Follow Our WhatsApp Channel

Security forces have further tightened the cordon around the area as the search intensifies. Senior police and Army officials are on the ground, closely monitoring the situation.(KNS)
