The Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) office in Sopore is facing public criticism for its poor functioning and failure to deliver timely services.
Customers allege that routine work, including billing, new connections, and other service-related requests, is either delayed or left unattended, causing widespread inconvenience.
Residents said that despite repeated visits to the office, their grievances remain unresolved. "For the past two weeks, I have been visiting the office for a simple billing issue, but no one takes responsibility. We feel helpless," said Mohammad Ashraf, a local resident.
