Budgam, Oct. 18 -- Under a unique initiative, a crucial tournament for specially abled and paralytic youth representing of district Srinagar, Budgam and Anantnag was today through open and inaugurated by Distrct Information Officer Budgam in presence of huge gathering of spectators. The tournament organized by handicapped association J&K has been taken a revolutionary initiative, proves not any moral booster but can emerges as pivotal of push in making these persons strong and confident and feel themselves that they can compete in any challenge ahead side by side to other people and fit youth.
